All products sold by GamePixx are digital products. No physical items will be shipped. Access details are delivered electronically after payment verification.
2. Delivery
Most orders are delivered within minutes. However, delivery may take up to 24 hours in certain situations. If we are unable to deliver your order within 24 hours, you may request a full refund.
3. Account Usage
Customers must follow the instructions provided with each purchase. Changing account credentials, security settings, recovery information, or any unauthorized modifications may result in loss of access and void any support or replacement eligibility.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available after successful delivery. However, if there is a genuine account-related issue preventing access to the purchased product, we will provide a replacement or suitable resolution.

Games, accounts, and activation methods may change over time. In rare cases where a purchased product becomes unavailable before delivery, a replacement product or refund will be offered.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their device meets the game's system requirements before purchasing. GamePixx is not responsible for performance issues caused by incompatible hardware or software.
7. Support
GamePixx provides assistance for account access and setup-related issues. Support does not cover problems caused by failure to follow instructions, unauthorized account modifications, or issues unrelated to the provided product.
8. Limitation of Liability
GamePixx shall not be held responsible for indirect damages, loss of data, loss of progress, or any issues arising from misuse of the provided account or failure to follow instructions.
